MAD MONDAYS is here!!! This means that each week ill give you ten or so tracks (depends on how many i feel like posting) for your listening pleasure, whether your a listener, dj, producer or someone who is bored and stumbles onto the list. These tracks will not necessarily be the latest songs you have ever heard but will definately be music that i know have turned out crowds like it was going out of fashion and tracks i have been playing or noticed that some big djs have been playing all over the world!

LIVESTREAM! ON TREND PLANET!

So last night i was asked to play a set for a livestream network called Trend Planet Network who is run by my friend Dj Trend. It was a bit hard to start the livestream up as we had some technical difficulties but once we ironed out the kinks, the stream was well under way and had a decent set of viewers. We will be showcasing this livestream weekly on Wednesday Nights at 8pm and have rotating djs who will come and mix all sorts of dance music. Enough about me though, here is the video which was recorded and also the set and tracklistings for the night.

ADAMWAH! WATCH OUT!!!

As one of my good friends, Adamwah has been producing since as long as i can remember. From an early age he was always testing the boundaries of his musical prowess and seeing what he could conjure up. Firstly, hitting the Sydney scene as a third of the dj/producer trio Destroy Disco who jumped out of their skins with their worldwide banger Fly or Bounce which was signed to Secure Recordings. Also, releasing many other records on various labels such as Secure Recordings, Fools Gold, Bam Bam Musik, Southern Fried and Klub Kids. Adamwah has been receiving support from such world renowned djs and producers like Laidback Luke, A Trak, Kid Kenobi, Tom Piper, The Bloody Beetroots and Urchins who all saw the talent he had. Staying with the very housey theme, The Martinez Brothers, two very young brothers with a very old soul. TRIBUTE TO DENNIS FERRER

Dennis Ferrer, one of the most well rounded producers of not only house music, but dance music. He is a New York based producer/dj who has been circuiting the scene for years. A veteran in producing house music has collaborated with the likes of Masters At Work who are Little Louie Vega and Kenny Dope, The Martinez Brothers who he has signed to his record label Objektivity. By taking TMB under his wing and showing them the ropes of not only djing but producing allowed him to give back to house music and round the two boys from Brooklyn into the one of the most wanted acts in the world.
